Dust and debris also get trapped under sheets and pillowcases, making it difficult to escape naturally. Even changing sheets on a regular basis does not help that much because the fluff in the mattress trap fine dust particles.
Second, you yourself are to blame. People are constantly shedding dead skin cells, from head to toe. This filters down into the mattress and inside your pillow fluff.

Most people have NEVER cleaned their mattress. In professional cleaning, I have found mattresses to be some of the dirtiest fabric. It is THE most overlooked item that requires cleaning.

The process is simple, hot water and normal cleaning detergent flush your mattress clean, then the dirty water is sucked out along with all the “bugs”. Next, a disinfectant spray is applied to kill any bacteria. And, the cost is reasonable.
